Mountain Gem values its members and every day we see innocent members become victims of identity theft or fraud.  Remember to watch out for scams that occur online, over the telephone and in the mail.  We will never, ever contact you to request sensitive information in regards to your accounts over the phone or via email.  In the event that we do call you, be sure you know why we are calling you and who you are speaking to.  Here are some tips to help you minimize you risk of identity theft and fraud:
